He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moeller and Mary Moeller (Scharpman); his siblings, Dennis, Victor, Kevin, Larry Moeller and Marilyn Boecker; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Moeller, Jeanne Moeller, Patricia Steffensmeier, Glenda Moeller, John Arnold and Rodger Boecker.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lampe; his children, Jeanne Owens (Mark) of Homestead, Steven Moeller (Kimberly) of Reisterstown, Jeffrey Moeller (Andrea) of Salem and Carrie Johnsen (Christian) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Rebecca Curtis (Kody), Elizabeth Owens, Michelle Mashek (Anthony), Olivia, Grace Moeller, Lindsey, Kyle Moeller, Emma, Cooper Huckabone, Karoline and Leif Johnsen; his great grandchildren, Kolter and Truett Curtis; his siblings, Marvin, Paul (Sharon Walden), Greg Moeller (Lana), Vera Glasscock (Lonnie) and Eileen Barnett (Robert); and his sister-in-law Kay Wesley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Salem Fire and Rescue and Houghton Fire and Rescue.
