She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Box and Agnes Box (Holtkamp); her husband Dennis C. Holtkamp; her son Randy Holtkamp; her son-in-law Kenny Fedler; and her brother Adrian Box.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Fedler of New London, Iowa and Rick Holtkamp (Christine) of Keokuk, Iowa; her grandchildren, Sara Burden (Adam) of Solon, Iowa and Clint Fedler (Wendy); her great grandchildren, Addison and Beckett Burden; her siblings, Marcella Holtkamp of West Point, Eileen Pranger (Dave) of West Point, Iowa, Edward Box of Burlington and Norbert Box (Karen) of West Point; and her sister-in-law Carol Box of Burlington, Iowa.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
