It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Ann Wagner (Salem, Iowa), who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura Ann Wagner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Richard Haines; her husband Mike Irven Powers; her stepfather Donald Wiseman; and her brother Chuck. She is survived by: her mother Joan Lee Johnston Haines of New London; her children, Jennifer Huston (Tim) of Winfield, Jason Wagner (Megan) of Omaha, Jeremy Wagner (Sarah) of Springfield, Michelle Fraise (Derek) of Salem, Shannon Crone (Laramie) of Brighton and Stephanie Miller (Kasey) of New London; and her siblings, Barbara Shipley (Barry) of Burlington, Richard Haines of Des Moines and Allen Wiseman (Abby) of Mt. Union. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
