She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Russell and Genevieve M. Russell (Sanders); her husband Clarence Holtkamp (Sage); her stepfather Edwin Ward; and her stepbrothers, George Ward, Gerard Ward (Gus) and Raymond Ward.

She is survived by: her children, Laura Holtkamp, Ann Holtkamp Meehan (Mike) and Chris Holtkamp (Kelly); her grandchildren, Kathryn Frary (Sam DiFederico), Bryant Humiston, Lexi Holtkamp and Ally Holtkamp; her great grandchild Callahan DiFederico; and her stepbrother Carl Ward of Waynesboro, Georgia..

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested for St. John the Baptist Church.
