It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Rae Woodsmall of Salem, Iowa, born in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Leo. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Marie Higdon Mills; her spouse Glen Wayne Woodsmall; and her children, Sarabeth Carter (Ben) of New London, Nathan (Jill) of Winfield and Glen (Angie) of Wapello. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established to assist with burial expenses.
