He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Riker and Lydia Riker (Hertel); and his siblings, Joe Riker, Paul Riker, Jane Wilson and Gracie Riker.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne of Mt. Pleasant; his children, Walter W. Riker, Jr. (Chiem) of Levittown, Joan Marie Szalma of New London, Faye Newman (Gary) of Mt. Pleasant, Brenda Goldman (Derrick) of Mt. Pleasant, Arthur Riker of Mt. Pleasant and Steven Riker (Colleen) of Southampton; and his sisters, Ruthie Meyers of New Jersey and Lois Szabo of New York. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
