Golden of Sanborn, IA; his children, Jody De Kam, Kendall De Kam (Diane) and Richard De Kam (Evalou); his grandsons, Bradley De Kam (Faye), Matthew De Kam (Cacey) and Wade De Kam (Renea); his great grandchildren, Jesse De Kam (Michelle), Nathan De Kam (Abigail), Caleb De Kam (Sydney Edwards) and Anne Sechrist (Andrew); his siblings, Wayne De Kam (Pat) of Colorado Springs, CO and Delores Vander Werff of Sheldon, IA; Brianna Faulkner (Daniel), James III Grosvenor (Christa), Sara Grosvenor, Michael De Kam (Wendy), Cameron De Kam, Caiden De Kam, Samuel De Kam, Zachary De Kam and Dylan De Kam.
