She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bohlmann and Nellie Bohlmann (Sciford); her husband Emil Petersen; her daughters, Norma Hanrahan (Don) and Joyce Petersen (Darryl); her granddaughter Sandy Ramer; and her great grandchild Cade Petersen.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stacy Kelly (Bruce), Jay Petersen (Kris), Chad Petersen (Danae) and Patrick Hanrahan (Dena); and her niece Janice Nemitz. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
