He is survived by: his mother Christie Bushman (Byerly) of Scranton; his wife Juliann DeVoogd of Scranton; his children, Laryssa Bushman of Scranton, Dustin Bushman of Scranton and Chanze Bushman (Samantha) of Dedham; his grandchildren, Brynlee, Aaron, Brexley, Prezley and Lucca; his brother Tony Bushman of Gilbert; and his siblings-in-law, Janna Moyer of Boone and Jeremy DeVoogd (Maddie) of Ogden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
