It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanie Larson of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Hatwan and Ann Hatwan (Pentzer); and her brother Pat Hatwan. She is survived by: her husband Randy; her children, Lance and Shannon (Josh); her grandsons, Jakeb, Carter and Bryar; and her siblings, Dale Hatwan (Sue), Lori Slaba (Danny), Karen Olsen and Kathy Svatos.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Church of Christ (502 Beall St, Sloan, IA 51055). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Her dedication to healthcare brought her back from retirement, and she continued to serve during the COVID-19 pandemic.
