He is survived by: his wife Lynn (Desmond); his son Jordan (Bre); his sisters, Debbie Vertrees (Larry) of Munford, TN and Brenda Schindel (Brad) of Merrill, IA.; his parents, LaVerne Kolbaum and Charlene Kolbaum; and his brother Rick Kolbaum. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.
