He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Lewis (Pinney); and his siblings, Rhinehart Lewis and Barbara Bobier. He is survived by: his father William Lewis; his wife Mary Stewart; his sons, Daniel Lewis (Karen) and Ric Lewis (Barb); his grandchildren, Zac (Jessica), Justin (Katie), Brittany (Brittany), Keaton (Kaley) and Brenden; and his great grandchildren, Kash and Kylie.
