He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Zarbano and Josephine Zarbano (Cuccia); and his brother Paul Zarbano. He is survived by: his wife Dané Tonner; his children, Levi Zarbano (Jenessa) of Minneapolis and Leah Zarbano of Minneapolis; his brother Sam Zarbano of St. Peter, Minnesota; and his grandchild Charlie Zarbano.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (203 Port Neal Rd, Sergeant Bluff, IA 51054). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peace Church (203 Port Neal Rd, Sergeant Bluff, IA 51054).
