He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lee Collins; his stepfather William Collins; his siblings, William Collins II, Saverio Marino, Sarah Collins and Mary Collins; the mothers of children, Carissa Collins and Current (April Roth); his children, Noah Collins, Gregory Collins, Nathan Hale and Bobbi Jo Collins; his grandchildren, Mia Roos, Kira Hale, Aurora Roth and Jax Hale; Victoria Trice.
