She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlynn Sr. Callenius and Dove Callenius (Hoy); her husbands, Floyd Hohbach and Leonard Wersinger; her son Brian Hohbach; her siblings, Alvin Callenius, Merlynn Callenius, Jr., Ronald Callenius, Kenneth Callenius, JoAnne Koester and Nancy Meendering; and her stepgrandson Colt Wersinger.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Hohbach (Peggy) of Paullina, Kevin Hohbach (Kerry) of Red Oak, Laura Lundquist (Kent) of Paullina, Dan Hohbach (Kim) of Hospers, Roger Hohbach (Stacie) of Paullina and LeAnn Misterek (Chris) of Pella, Iowa; her stepchildren, Denise, Keith Wersinger (Sue) of Bondurant, David Wersinger (Kelly Foreman) of Cherokee and Paul Wersinger of Ft. Dodge, Iowa.; her siblings, Karen Jungers (Robert) of Denver and Wallace Callenius (Laurie) of Minneapolis; and her siblings-in-law, Calvin Meendering of Racine and Karen Hohbach of Crete. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
