He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Theaung Kavanh, Tho Van Lo and Tom Thi Lo. He is survived by: his father Phong Kay Lo (Kavanh); and his brother Anthony Scott Lo. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
