We announce the death of Catherine R Busch of Shell Rock, Iowa, born in Janesville, Iowa, who passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 84. Catherine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jospeh Rosol and Linda Rosol (Poppe); her daughter Monica Busch Zabel; her niece Debra Rosol; and her sister-in-law Janet Rosol.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Lowe (Mike) and Kelly Rustad (Dan); her son-in-law Daniel Zabel; her grandchildren, Heather Holt (Cosby), Dustin Busch (Jessica), Kyle Estel (Gabriell) and Grant Rustad; and her siblings, Beverly West (Fred), Robert Rosol (Lois) and Raymond Rosol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and some real close friends.
