He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Straub and Wanda Lee Blake (Rich); and his daughter Sheely O'Dell. He is survived by: his wife Delores Rosemarie Miller of Shellsburg; his stepdaughter Jeannie Hinricks of Shellsburg; his daughters, Susan Squires (Dan) of Davenport and Jessica Morales (Rogelio) of Iowa City; and his sister Pam Straub of Marion. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Grace (301 Grove St NW, Shellsburg, IA 52332).
