He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schneekloth and Dorothy Schneekloth (Olsen); his sister Judy Thomas; his son-in-law Tracey Koopman; and his granddaughter Tiffani Schneekloth.
He is survived by: his close friend Ruby Carolan; his children, Tami Koopman of North Liberty, Jennie Schlader (Doug) of Urbana, Iowa and L. J. Schneekloth (Holli) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his nieces, Wendy Jones and Mandy Micke; and his nephew Jimmy Jones (Linda). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Shellsburg First Responders and the Mark Harrison Cancer Foundation.
