She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl L. McAdams and Betty D. McAdams (Peterson); her children, Bill Todd and Kristin Dyane; her sister Louella Snodgrass (William); and her cousin Sharon Leonard.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Cook; her daughter Patty Brown (Terry); her granddaughter Taryn; and her aunt Florence Peterson. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
