He was predeceased by: his parents, David Tackett and Arlene Tackett (Sugden). He is survived by: his wife Denise Tackett (Sligar); his sons, Nathan, Tekyn of Grimes, Kyle (Katie) of Dillon, Montana, Jordan (Lindsey) of Ames and Seth (Krissy) of Shenandoah, Iowa; his sisters, Nancy Tackett (Ben Blake), Kathy Wulf (Dale Wulf) and Lori Tackett; his pet Sadie; and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Garrett, Baker, Eli, Sloan and Mesa.
