He is survived by: his wife Ann O'Hara (Dreyer) of Farragut; his children, Patrick O'Hara (Julie), Beth O'Hara Muller (Jay) and Heather O'Hara (Sean Tomb); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Hailey, Conor O'Hara, Morgan and Lauren Muller; his great grandchild Lila Wood; his sister Mary Ann O'Hara (Gary Laura); his nephew Howard; and his cousins, Darin Proffit and Hara Seed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family through the Nishna Valley Funeral Home.
