He was predeceased by: his parents, Berle Lucy Wilson (Wiley) and Rufus Wilson; his wife Bonnie Wilson (Riley); his daughter Belinda Holmes; his son-in-law Terry O'Rourke; his great grandchild Noah Holmes; his siblings, Rudy (Virginia), Kenneth (Geneva), Donald Wilson and Merle Jean Ranney (Bill); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Riley and Sheila Mongler.

He is survived by: his children, Darrell Wilson (Nancy) of Quincy, Illinois and Jana O'Rourke of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his grandchildren, Laura Brogan (Chad), Terra O'Rourke (Megan), Tyler Holmes (Johanna), Quinn O'Rourke (Danielle), Cliff Holmes (Ashle), Blake Wilson (Kassidy) and Logan Wilson (Caitlin); and his siblings, Helen Joyce Davis (Jack) of Mexico, Carol Joan Hedrick (JD) of Raytown, Missouri and Harold Wilson of Holliday, Missouri. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; two step-great granddaughters; two step-great grandsons.
