He is survived by: his children, Scott Fulton of Brookings, Oregon and Brenda Zastrow of Shenandoah, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Rhianna, Alexsandra, Stephanie, Marcus and Geoffry. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
