He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Curtis and Laura Curtis (Rosekrans); and his siblings, Phoebe, Robert, Donald and George.

He is survived by : his wife Cathryn Majerus; his son John Curtis; and his grandsons, Michael, Stephen, Colin and Bruce. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
