He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer F. Earll and Marilla I. Earll; his siblings, Harold Dean, Maxine and Elinor; and his daughter-in-law Rachel.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara June Robertson; his children, Steve Earll (Carrie), Joan van Gorkom (Paul), Mike Earll (Mary), Jean Johnson (Rod) and Joy Earll-Moody; and his sister Evah Raney (Lauren). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sanford Hospice-Sheldon, IA.
