He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Lee and Mildred Crouse (Walker); and his brothers, Carl Crouse and Duane Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Lois Crouse of Sidney, IA; his daughters, Rosa Burgess (Rick) of Hamburg, IA and Paula Young of Magnolia, TX; his grandchildren, Paul Knight (Jessica) of Arlington, TX, Jamie Gouldman (Jason) of Magnolia, TX and Jake Berckenhoff (Kaushatta) of Magnolia, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Walker of Texas, Gretchen Crouse of Orlando, FL and Joan Crouse of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hamburg Fire & Rescue.
