He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leon and Hazel Josephine Folkes (Henrie). He is survived by: his wife Cat; his sons, Jonathan and Josh; and his sister Sandra. He is also survived by other family members and his friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sidney Cemetery. A reception will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 708 Illinois St, Sidney, IA 51652.
