He is survived by : his wife Emma Jo Johnson of Sidney, Iowa; and his sons, Doug Hammers (Deborah) of North Liberty, Iowa, Lee Merrill Johnson of Phoenix, Arizona, Max Kirk Johnson (Lou) of Thurman, Iowa and Eric Johnson (Leida) of Glenwood, Iowa. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; extended relatives and friends.
