He is survived by: his children, John "Jay" Bleakney Phipps Jr. and Debra Kay Huntington (Kevin); his granddaughters, Amanda Johnston (Mike) and Samantha Huntington (Adrian Montano); his great grandchild Jason Johnston; his brother Jack Phipps (Doris); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Wilson, Chila Karas (Larry) and Ann Jones (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
