We announce the death of Larry Garrett of Sigourney, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Garrett and Mary Lee Garrett Beach (Reinier); and his stepfather Ivan Beach. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Hanchett; his daughter Stacey Roethler (Kenny); his grandson Garrett Roethler of Oskaloosa; his daughter Heather Gerard (David) of Eddyville; and his grandchild Lindsey Besco.
Memorials may be given to the Sigourney Fire and Rescue or the Keokuk County Ambulance.
