He was predeceased by: his parent Nellie Keizer (Bakker). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Keizer of Bigelow, MN.; his children, Eric, Brett, Erin, Emily and Haley; and his siblings, Larry (Lois) of Watertown, SD, Arlyn (Shirley Van Voorst) of Brandon, SD, Marla (Ron Schmith) of Hawarden, IA, Keith (Denise) of Hull, IA and Kevin (Lynda) of Hull, IA. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
The Keizer family prefers that memorials be directed to the New Life Church Mission Fund, Life 96.5 Christian Radio. Or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
