Kenneth D. Tiedeman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth D. Tiedeman of Sioux Center, Iowa, born in Hull, Iowa, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Berend Tiedeman and Josephine Tiedeman (Kaster); his son Travis Tiedeman; and his sisters, Brenda Tiedeman and Susan Shumaker.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Van Beek of Sioux Center; his daughter Michelle Rens of Hull; his grandchildren, Brittany and Jordan Holtrop; his great grandchild Brooks; his grandchildren, Heather and Thomas Hofmeyer; his great grandchild Myla; his grandchildren, Emalee Rens and Tamara (Chad Smith) of Waukee; his great grandchildren, Meghan Smith and Asheton Smith; his granddaughter Sharla (Chuck Emery) of Champlin; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Grant Siemonsma, Morgan Crull, Hunter Crull, Trevor Emery, Sierra Emery and Autumn Emery; his brother Harlan (Dorothy Tiedeman) of Beresford; his brother-in-law Dale (Lori Shumaker) of Sioux Falls; and also, Riggin, Silas and B'Elanna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials will be given to the St. Paul Lutheran Church or Sioux Center Health.
