She was predeceased by : her parents, Carlyle Dirks and Ihlo Dirks (Johnson); and her brother Duane Dirks. She is survived by : her daughter Jacobi Reichle (Chase); her grandson Jace of Sioux Center, IA; her siblings, Angela Gradert (Ernest) of Sibley, IA and Steven Dirks (Amy) of Sioux City, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Johnson (Matt), Cassandra Walser (Clay), Breanna Bosma (Craig), James Gradert (Chenoa), Joshua Dirks (Megan), Emily Harter (Ryan) and Olivia Dirks.
