She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Clark and Ella Clark (Lumas); her husband Donald Grom; her sons, Howard and Gary Grom; her sister Alice Nylor; and her grandchildren, Sonya and Jerimiah Grom.

She is survived by : her son Philip Grom (Diane) of Alvord, IA; and her sister-in-law Betty Hyde of Guttenberg, IA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
