She is survived by: her children, Steven Middleton (Eileen) of Sioux City, IA and Pauline Flannery (Michael) of Sioux City, IA; her grandchildren, Daniel Middleton (Annabel), Ryan Middleton, Erin Flannery, Kaitlin Flannery (John Mancini), Meghan Mali (Siyakudumisa) and Audrey Tinglepaugh (Mark); her great grandchildren, Sean Middleton, Jenna Middleton, Andrew Middleton, Calvin Pithan, James Pithan, Rowan Mancini, Zoliswa Mali, Baby Mali, Stephen Dagata (Emilia) and Stephanie Dagata; her sister-in-law Patricia Kratochvil; her nieces, Sandra Nickerson and Elizabeth Berry; her husband James H. Middleton; her son Bernard Tallman; her great grandchild Jack Steven Middleton; her siblings, Madelyn Worcester, Eugenia Hill, James Tallman, Jr., Dorothy Smart, Ethel June Berry, Elizabeth Mello and Earl Tallman; and her brother-in-law Robert Kratochvil.
