She is survived by: her sister Kay Fortner; her nieces, Elizabeth Boone (Mitchell) and Amanda Polly (Sean Chesher); her nephew Brent Ferguson (Beck); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew Polly, Joseph Hanson, Spencer Boone, Sidney Hanson and Emmersen Hanson; and her brother-in-law Don Burnett.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (4400 Central St, Sioux City, IA 51108).
