He is survived by: his father Donald Powell; his wife Shilah Powell of Burlington; his stepson Josiah; his son Austin (Lauren) of Kansas City, Missouri; his siblings, Ryan Powell, Alan Powell and Jenna Wallace (David); and his friend Mark Long. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
