Donald D. Phipps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2022, at the age of 87, Donald D. Phipps of Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Phipps and Exzilda Phipps; his son Randall; and his siblings, Roger Phipps, Edward Phipps, Howard Phipps, Beverly Shelton and Marie Phipps.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Phipps of Sioux City; his children, Dennis Phipps of Sioux City, Brian Phipps (Mary Ann) of Dallas, Pamela Phipps (Cindy) of Chicago, IL, Kevin Phipps of Qatar and Laura Rutter (Andy) of Borwnsburg, Indiana; and his sister Nancy Langley (Herbert) of Sioux City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Meals on Wheels in Sioux City or the Sioux City Community Theatre.
