He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Coney and Robert J. Coney (Bob); and his nephew Dylan Eyer. He is survived by: his brothers, James Coney of Sioux City, Bob (Julie Coney South) and John (Christine Coney); and his siblings' children, Erin Eyer Coney of California, Abby Coney of Iowa City and Bob Coney of Carlisle.
