He is survived by: his children, Matthew McQuillen, Andrew McQuillen and Alicia McQuillen; his grandchild Lorelai of Sioux City; his son Nicholas McQuillen of Sioux City; his girlfriend Maureen Murray of Northglenn, CO; his brothers, Terry Gray (Barb) of Overland Park, Bob McQuillen (Lori) of Windsor and Pat McQuillen (Lori) of Oyens, Iowa; and his pet Black Jack.
