She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Ben Gelfand and Jean Gelfand (Gordon); her husband Morton Greenstone; her son David Greenstone; her son-in-law Roger Bennett; and her brother-in-law David Sanders.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Greenstone and Ann Hoffman (Jim); her grandchildren, Aaron Hoffman (Kaitlyn), Adam Hoffman (Maria) and Dory Bennett; her great grandchildren, Edith, Oscar and Esme Hoffman; her siblings, Miriam Sanders and Jay Gelfand; Gerry DeSilva.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Boys and Girls Home in Sioux City or to a charity of your choice in honor of Edith.
