Emory Raymond Graffis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022, at the age of 75, Emory Raymond Graffis of Sioux City, Iowa, born in Wayne, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emory Raymond Graffis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Graffis and Edith Graffis (Kastrup); and his stepmother Alice Graffis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Thompson of Sioux City; his children, Todd Graffis (Teresa) of Meridian, ID, Traci Trampe (Dale) of Sioux City, Courtney Grindrod (Nick) and Kelsey Graffis of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Christi Bradford (Buck), Josh Graffis (Danielle), Jordan Trampe, Jenna Trampe and Elena Grindrod; his siblings, Ken Graffis of Summerville, SC, Alan Graffis (Donna Dyer) of Paris, IL and Arlyce Graffis of Laurel, NE; and his stepbrother Adrian Scholz of Hardington, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting memorials be given to St Mark Lutheran Church (to be designated for youth camp and travels), Hospice, June Nylen Cancer Center or to plant a tree in his memory.
