She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Davis and Iver Mae Davis (Brunson). She is survived by: her husband LaVerne R. Kollbaum; her children, Debbie Vertrees (Larry) of Munford, TN, Brenda Schindel (Brad) of Merrill, IA and Michael Kollbaum (Lynn); her brother Roger Davis (Gilda) of Dry Prong, LA; her brother-in-law Larry Kollbaum (Alice) of Anthon, Iowa.; her son Rick Kollbaum; and her siblings, Art Davis and Dora Dee Griffin (Gary). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
