It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Mae Parsons of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hinbaugh and Fannie Hinbaugh (Starkweather); her siblings, Rickey, Donna Hinbaugh and Leslie Tackelson; and her brother-in-law James Sward.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Parsons, Penny Gigaroa (Tony) and Wendy Floyd (Bob); and her siblings, Sandra Sward, Darrell Shoultz (Doris), Deb Frith, Robert Shoultz and Jody Shoultz.
