She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cross and Margaret Harrington Liveringhouse (Harrington); her brother Richard Cross (Dick); and her son Timothy Cole (Tim). She is survived by: her son Eric; her daughter-in-law Cathy Cole of Ashland; her grandchildren, Trevor of Sioux City, Brandon Cole of Sioux City, Seth Cole of Kansas, Nicolas (Keelan Cole) of Arizona and Victoria Cole of Kansas; her great grandchildren, Preston Cole of Sioux City, Timothy Cole of Arizona and Penelope Cole of Kansas; and her nephews, Mike Cross and Jeff Cross.

Per Fran's wishes, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation to Morningside Lutheran Church in memory of Fran.
