Frank N. Blair Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank N. Blair of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Blair and Ina Blair (Cook); and his wife Josephine Pope. He is survived by: his children, Carol Stricker of Sioux City, Jeff Blair (Mike Erwin) and Kelli Horton (John) of Jefferson, SD; his grandchildren, Steve Stricker of North Carolina, Justin Stricker of Sioux City, Daniel Cummings of Jefferson, SD, Samuel and Katherine Cummings of Sioux City; his great grandchild Noah Stricker of North Carolina; his siblings, Shirley Blair and Mibs Prickett (Myrtle) of California; his sisters-in-law, Mary, Ramona Blair of Sioux City and Jan Blair of Sioux City; and his friend Frank. He is also survived by his family and many neighbors.
