With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin L. Morse (Sioux City, Iowa), who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Morse and Vlasta Morse (Pallas); his wife Marilyn Radcliff; his children, Brad and Lori; and his grandchildren, Tayshawn, Mya, Jeremiah and Evan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, South Sioux City or Hospice of Siouxland.
