He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Maly; and his sister Terri. He is survived by: his mother Lois Maly (Christensen); his wife Carolyn (Franklin); his children, Aaron, William (Taylor) of Sioux City, Hannah (Chris) of Littleton, Kathleen and Teresa of Sioux City; and his siblings, Roger, Kathy and Cindy. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider a donation to Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools, the June E. Nylen Cancer Center, or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in his name.
