He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufino Cruz and Hope Cruz; and his son Brandon Zeitner. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Surber of Sioux City; his children, Billi Jo Paxson and Brad Zeitner; and his children-in-law, Ken Paxson and Beth Zeitner. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
